1.Senior Project Management Specialist with a Six Sigma Black Belt and master in Project Management interacts with our client’s senior and middle management to develop the project schedule with milestones, conduct and evaluate employee and customer satisfaction surveys, facilitate reviews and provide status reports. Assists the cross functional team in writing SOP’s and guides middle management in acquiring the skill sets of a strategist. The primary objective is to walk hand-in-hand with our client through every phase of the project life cycle and deliver sustainable solutions that work to optimize the financial bottom line.
2.Business Analyst works with our client’s cross-functional middle management team to collect and validate data strategic to the solution, transform data into useful information, and design measurement systems that include success indicators and process owners.
3.Change Management Expert/ Facilitator works with our client’s frontline staff to build technology competencies, provides corporate training which assists with increasing business intelligence. Other responsibilities include assisting with the development of change management plans, implementing policies and procedures, and developing IT technical and management training programs. The Change Management Expert’s technical skills typically include advanced Microsoft Office and Operating Systems applications, NT Server and NT Workstation Operating Systems, Onyx, Crystal Reports, and SQL.
