Karen Young, our CEO/President, is an adjunct professor for Villanova University On-line Professional Education through University Alliance and Bisk Education. She has successfully trained over 1800 students in Lean Thinking and Six Sigma, both Green and Black Belts. She is a valued member of the AHRMM (Association for Healthcare Resource and Materials Management) pre-conference faculty, teaching Lean Six Sigma for Healthcare Supply Chains. Her 33 years experience in the service industry and master’s degree in project management provides Strategic Solutions and Associates, LLC and it’s customers with strong leadership and expertise.
